Our story
The best of Australia is at the end of a dirt track
Red sand, black soil after rain, beach runs at low tide, high country fire trails and farm tracks that disappear into the scrub. This country is huge and beautiful, and most of it is a long way from a sealed road, a power point or a streetlight.
We opened Mud Tracks on 15 March 2022 as a small family business on the Central Coast of NSW, to sell the gear that gets you out there and back again. Neil looks after the store, the product advice and most of your emails, and brings more than 20 years in online retail to it.
We stay small on purpose. You deal with the same people from your first question to well after the gear has been out bush.

Everyone who drives off road gets stuck eventually. Sand that's softer than it looked, a creek crossing gone wrong, a track turned to soup after rain. A good set of recovery tracks turns a long afternoon into ten minutes and a muddy grin.

Home base is the Central Coast
We're an online store, so there's no showroom to walk into. Our office is in Lisarow, between Gosford and Wyong, and orders leave NSW for every corner of the country, from Cape York to the Nullarbor.
